Buying from our store is very easy:
Browse through our product pages (categories, new arrivals, deals, featured products) and click on the Buy icon. Or click View Details for more information about the product. After that, the product will be added to your Shopping Cart.
Continue browsing our site until you have selected all the products you wish to purchase. Then, click the Checkout link on the right to complete your purchase.
Enter your email and password. If you are not registered, you can quickly sign up by clicking the Register link.
Choose your preferred shipping method. We ship via Correios (Brazilian Postal Service). You can select the shipping option you prefer.
Choose your preferred payment method.
Additional instructions will be sent to you via email after your purchase is completed.
Orders placed with Sultan are packaged and dispatched within a maximum of 7 business days from payment approval. Although payments are usually approved immediately, the payment confirmation policy (as per contract with our payment provider) states that PIX and credit card payments can take up to 2 business days. Bank slip payments (boleto bancário) take 2 to 3 business days for confirmation.
Once payment is confirmed, your order will enter the picking process. For security reasons, and despite product availability, in case of unexpected internal delays, we allow up to 7 business days for dispatch. This means the shipping time for your chosen method (SEDEX or PAC) starts only after payment confirmation and availability, and from that point, customers should count the delivery time as determined by Correios, which may vary depending on the destination city and state.
Only one delivery address is allowed per order.
Two to three delivery attempts will be made. If delivery is unsuccessful, the order will return to the distribution center and will only be resent after payment for new shipping and confirmation of the address. The shipping time for the reshipped product will be the same as at the original checkout.
In case of any unexpected issues, Sultan will contact the buyer, which may cause some delay in dispatch. Customers will be notified in these cases.
Any delays caused by Correios are not the responsibility of Sultan. Delivery times determined by Correios are the sole responsibility of the postal service.
