All products feature top-tier materials such as 6351-grade aluminum alloy, stainless steel, polyacetal, and finishes such as stainless-steel micro-particle blasting and anodized coating.
Sultan also works with the best distributors and retailers throughout Brazil, reselling its products in almost every state, in addition to having customers across Europe, the United States, and even Japan. In the early years, the brand operated for nearly six years exclusively in wholesale manufacturing and distribution. Today, Sultan has a reliable retail profile on MERCADO LIVRE as well as its own e-commerce website — an online factory store launched in 2021. The company also offers its loyalty program, the first and so far the only Loyalty and Cashback program in the Brazilian hookah market: the SULTAN CLUB. Since May 2023, Sultan Hookah has coexisted with the new brand SKMT, launched by the Sultan Group together with the biggest hookah influencer and content creator in the world, Gabriel Sakamoto. Affectionately known as “Saka” in and outside Brazil, his YouTube channel TUDO SHISHA E MISTURADO currently has over 354,000 subscribers, 978 videos, and has received the platform’s Silver Play Button. In February 2025, Saka will complete 10 years as a content creator, and throughout this period he has gained extensive experience, research, and activity within the market, having worked with hookah brands from several countries such as Russia, Spain, Germany, Ukraine, Japan, the United States, and others. Regarding hookah usage and consumption, he is considered by far the most knowledgeable Brazilian on the subject — and even before creating his brand SKMT, he had already been collaborating with the Sultan Group for over six years, contributing greatly to the company’s growth and development.
